Our services are offered in our Cape Girardeau clinic and in-home throughout Cape Girardeau, Perry, Scott, Stoddard, and Bollinger counties. For clients living outside of our coverage area, we also offer services via telepractice.

Good-Faith Estimate

The No Surprises Act

At Elite, when you schedule a speech, physical, or occupational therapy service, we provide a Good-Faith Estimate of the cost of the service.

What you should expect from your health care provider:

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.

Dispute conditions:

In short, if you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

What do you need to do?

Make sure to save a copy or, per the CMS guidelines, take a picture of the Good Faith Estimate that was provided to you.
