Referrals
​
We are currently accepting new clients. Patients and families are welcome to give us a call directly or have their physician send us a referral.
​
Physicians and providers can fax referrals directly to 1-844-579-0089. Once a referral is received, we will contact the patient to conduct the intake and set up the initial appointment. ​The results of the evaluation and the plan of care will be shared with the PCP. We thank you for your referrals and look forward to collaborating with you and your team to provide our community with high-quality care.

We currently are in-network providers for speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy with the following insurance groups:

Medicare Part B Providers • Anthem • TriCare • Healthy Blue • Missouri Healthnet • UHC

We are constantly adding new insurance companies to the list, so be sure to inquire if you do not see yours! We also offer affordable private pay options and support for seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
